Only the data you voluntarily provide in the website forms: name, email, mobile number, subject and message content. If you use the investment calculator, the values entered are processed in your browser and are not stored.

To reply to your request, provide information about real estate consulting, selling, buying, investment or off-market opportunities, and to follow up on the contact established. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Processing is based on your consent, given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data is accessed by Fernando Almeida and, where necessary, by the agency's support structure. We use technology providers (website hosting, database and notification email delivery) acting as processors, with servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep contacts for up to 24 months after the last interaction, or until you request deletion. Where a contractual relationship exists, the legal retention periods applicable to real estate mediation apply.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, through the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation; we do not use advertising cookies.
